Open Thread: Happy Thanksukkah!

...and these dreidels :)
(Personally I think latkes would make an AMAZING addition to Thanksgiving dinner.  Just sayin'.)

Happy Thanksgiving!  Happy Hanukkah!  If you celebrate both of these holidays, Happy Double Holiday!  If you don't celebrate either holiday, Happy Thursday!  According to a thing I read in a place (and am too lazy to look up and confirm), Hanukkah and Thanksgiving won't happen at the same time again for several thousand years, so enjoy it, guys!

I am currently at my parents' house, making challah bread (not because it's Hanukkah or even because we're Jewish - we're not - but just because my mother discovered I knew how to make it a few years back and has been demanding it for every holiday  meal ever since), watching the parade, and anticipating my dad's traditional burning of the turkey.  Other traditions include sobbing with my mother when Santa comes at the end of the parade, and drinking wine out by the firebowl after dinner.

What are your traditions?  For either holiday or both?  And if you don't celebrate either, what are your plans for the day?  (I hear there are some nice movies out...)
